How does hypnosis work?

Our Self Hypnosis session bring on a naturally occurring state in your mind that is beneficial to your health.

This trance like state is characterized by suggestibility, relaxation and heightened imagination and while there are different types of hypnotherapy however our program is unique to us, it also uses a mix of NLP & Phycology creating an even more power effect.

During & after our one of our sessions you can expect to be:

  • In a deeply relaxed state
  • Feel suggestible to our suggestions
  • gradually brought in and out of a trance
  • wake feeling completely relaxed

If necessary, you can bring yourself out of the hypnotic state.

Last and very important, Hypnosis will not work if you don’t want to be hypnotised! You’re fully in control when under hypnosis and don’t have to take the audio suggestions if you don’t wish too.
